For our second “Happy Hour” episode, Jon Cozart and I try out yoga! Since yoga has been something that has helped me turn my focus in and shut my brain down from time to time, I wanted to share that with you! I hope that this video inspires you to do something good for yourself for an hour today. It doesn’t have to be yoga, but it could be stretching, walking, or even just talking with a good friend.
