Spicy White Bean Chili

Spicy White Bean Chili


– 1 yellow Onion, chopped
– olive oil 2 Tbsp.
– great northern beans 1 can
– 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced

– cumin 2 tsp
– cloves 1/4 tsp
– oregano 1 1/2 tsp
– cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp
– mild green chilis 1 cup (2 4 oz. cans)
– veggie broth 3 cups
– salt 1 tsp, or to taste
– pepper 1/2 tsp
– fresh parsley 2 Tbsp.

In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients except the parsley. Set to low heat for 8-10 hours. Keep in mind that the longer you cook, the spicier the chili will become! (Adjust the amount of chilis accordingly) Sprinkle parsley over top, stir and enjoy!
